Yep I am a Meat eater.

For Vegetarians or Vegans, just delete or replace ingredients as desired.

Breakfast

Large cup of Orange juice (can be with vitamins minerals) first thing in morning

About 10am: 3 boiled eggs with raisen toast and jam

or

3 fried eggs with brown bread with daddy’s margerine

Lunch

2-3pm Fruits: Mandarins or Oranges

Craving time: Cashews or Macadamia nuts

Dinner

Pigeon Pea Crepe with Perennial Greens (spinach okinawan/NZ/Sambung, spring onions from garden with meat (goat/silverside etc) topped with vinegarettes (5 flavours available).
